  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Trying to delete a DroidX I have bluetoothed to my DIC/Tech package. Go to phone screen then to pariings and click on disconnect but nothing happens. Any suggestions, yes I have read the manual regarding this. Was able to dsconnect a Blackberry Storm previously with no difficulty.

TIA

had the same problem after trying to pair a 2nd phone. phone was not compatible and caused my 1st phone paring to hang with no ability to change, delete or connect. tried everything but no joy. left the car overnight and problem went away in the morning. i think it takes a while for things to reset.

good luck.

Thanks.

I thought that could be the answer. Also thought about disconnecting battery to reboot everything. Would loose some saved data but so what.

Tried again this mornign and had no problems deleting the existing Bluetooth and replacing it with a new connection. Just as ES136 said he did.
