  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hyundai to Use New 429-Horsepower 5.0L V-8 in Equus, Genesis

Already posted several times, and already mentioned that HMA CEO John Krakcik is trying to squash any expectation of when it will actually show up in the US Genesis.

That article you mentioned doesn't make a lot of sense, since it says 2012 model year will be introduced in early 2011. Krakcik says that next generation Genesis will be later than 2012 model year. When there are only minor changes, they usually release a model year in the fall of the previous year.

Sometimes tho, a refresh model year (like a new generation model) debuts earlier in the year (case in point - the Toyota Avalon) - which the 2012 Genesis presumably will be.
