I wanted to congratulate Camissa Hyundai in Burlingame California for their excellent service department on a recent visit. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis 4.6 from them in December of last year. From the beginning, I noticed that the car was pulling to the left and so I brought it back to them in February to get it fixed. An alignment was performed, but the car was still pulling. Within a week of that visit, my sound went out one night and the voice command button would not work. This came up again a few times over a few weeks, so I knew I needed to bring it in for this and the pulling issue. I took the car in this past week and they took the car to a shop that had better equipment to perform the alignment. This time the problem was solved. In addition, they told me they would order a new amp and would call me when it came in. They are also going to replace the leather on the drivers seat bottom, since it is puffing out and looks warped.
The service advisor Ralph is super nice and very knowledgable. Even though the sound issue was intermittent, they decided to do the right thing. I appreciate good customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai in the San Francisco Bay Area.
