From the downloadable factory service manual "Suspension" chapter:
Camber is pre-set at the factory and doesn't need to be adjusted. If the camber is not within the standard value, replace the bent or damaged parts.
There are several locations where oval/elongated bolts could be substituted to allow front camber adjustments. Also, if both front wheels are out of spec, or at least both are shifted away from the optimal -0.53 degree point, it could mean the lower frame piece (beefy metal piece going from the bottom of one side of the car to the other side) is slightly shifted to one side or the other. I don't know how much "slop" exists in the mounting of this relative to the rest of the vehicle structure but this beefy piece, plus the sheet metal towers (visible in the engine compartment) that support the top of the suspension bits determine where the suspension parts actually mount. So any mis-alignment of that chassis rail and/or the towers is instantly reflected as alignment issues. Of course bending any of the links of the suspension also trashes alignment.
