  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The beautiful new 2011 Hyundai Equus will be at our Davie Fl store for the next 2 weeks only.(08/26-09/09). Wait until you see this car!

We are located just off I-75 between Griffin Rd and Royal Palm Blvd at 3550 Weston Rd, Davie Fl (Google for directions)

For questions about this car call RUBIN  at 954-834-3325.

Someone take some real-world shots. I'm dying for more detailed pics of the Equus (especially up close shots of the center stack switch gear, dash stitching and color gauge display).

What color combo do they have on display?

I called SEVERAL! times today, to see if Holler hyundai had the Equues. They were to have it, per the schedule. When I finally got through, the dunce on the line, said "It's expected soon, we have had in on order for a while". I informed him that the car was not for sale in the US yet and he then said. "I thought so". He took my number and said he would let me know as soon as it comes in. DUH, wonder why Hyundai even trys.

I'll trycontacting again tomorrow and see if I can get through to the Sales Manager, but I'm not to conficent.

When I bought my Genesis last Friday, the dealer had an Equus on the showroom floor. I got some pics with my camera phone. I got to sit in it... It was pretty nice. The backseat was super nice with the reclining seats.

I was in Fairfield, OH, Superior Hyundai North.

It was a nice car, but I am not sure if it fits me.. I think I would rather just see the Genesis be upgraded a little more. I did like the chrome wheels.

I loved the back seat too when I sat in it in June. Did you notice the Hankook tires? No Dunlops on this beauty.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I would love to see this car in person. Is there a schedule somewhere on the web where we can see where the Equus will be shown?

It's here, but I don't know if it was ever accurate given the number of people who have reported they showed up and either the dealer didn't know anything about it or the schedule was off.

Thanks for the link. This is one of those call before you go deals. And hopefully when you call, you get someone who knows what you are talking about! Tough when for years they have been fielding calls about the Elantra!

Holler was to get the car after Jenkins in Leesburg, and before that, Jenkins in Ocala. Well, neither Jenkins dealership got the car in. Sales and Managers did not know anything about it either.

Also, I don't know why Holler was to get the car as Orlando Hyundai sells more cars. (Also Bob Dance Hyundai sells more, however I hate that dealership because of their advertising that implies one thing, but customers find out its another thing, PLUS they advertise on Orlando TV every few minutes and we get sick and tired of seeing their TV ads. - Ugh - Now as I write this, another of their ads is on TV).

There will be wine women and song! For the next two weeks to follow, Rick Case will be preparing to make space for the Equus by offering its predecessor to all comers for test drives and purchase! Rick Case SUCKS!

If you want to have an enjoyable experience at a dealer. NEVER GO TO A BUILDING MARKED "RICK CASE". well... maybe you should go. Just check out the car, test drive it, waste their time.... and see for yourself (even if you had every intention of buying it... you still wouldnt.)

Rick Case's dealerships are one of the most shady dealerships i know. their 20 year. 200,000 mile warranty covers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. if it "covers something" then theirs a "clause" for example.... if the exhaust pipe goes bad... their cant be any carbon on the pipe for them to replace it. if a CV joint is making noise.. the boot cannot be torn...... If by chance.. a metal line of some sort corrodes and is leaking... it CANNOT BE FROM CORROSION! etc... etc... its almost like they make it up as they go along.... if its this problem.... THAT PROBLEM IS NOT COVERED.

I visited them in my Genesis experience, and they could do nothing on the price. and the salesperson (name we will leave omitted.. his name is Rick Case) was a very arrogant uneducated "Salesperson" he had no idea how the functions worked. all that was said was.... "so, whats your social security number so i can get the paperwork done"

i Visited Hyundai of Coconut Creek, and i got some $$ taken off the top, plus a GREAT EXPERIENCE. and i will be taking delivery tomorrow.

Sorry Rubin, nothing agenst you. its the bald guy with the wife and her black hat's problem. (you know exactly who that is)

I just received this, this morning from Holler Hyundai, Orlando Fl.. This Chad is listed on their web site as General Manager. I wrote him an E-mail yesterday complaining about the lack of contact and knowledge of his staff. Perhaps We'll get to see this car after all.

We are scheduled to display the Equus October 7 thru 20th. My techs saw it at the Training center a couple weeks ago, they said these pictures do not do it justice.

Thanks!
Chad

Interesting, because I've heard the very same thing about his Honda Dealerships. (Both car and motorcycle).
